This is a great way to make money but you need access to a computer and printer. Students need papers typed, resumes need updating, writers need clean copies of their manuscripts, and many people simply need a letter typed. You don’t need speed, but you do need accuracy.

Rates vary from $2 per page to $4, depending on the graphics, word count and complexity. You may prefer to charge by the hour but if you are a good typist, be careful not to undersell yourself.
