Letter Writing
Some people have a way with words. Others don’t. If you enjoy writing letters, why not make some money, too? You can help people complain to their congressman or express their feelings. You’d be surprised at how many people cannot gather their thoughts logically
You must know how to spell and have a basic knowledge of grammar. You should have a good penmanship (for love letters) and a computer or a typewriter. You might also visit the local nursing home and help clients write to relatives. Please remember, all work is confidential.
You can easily charge $20 to $25 per hour or you can charge by the page or word. Typically, a handwritten letter of 100 words would be $5 and a typewritten page of 250 words would be the same.
