Food with nutrients
In order to be a good nutrients source, a food must give you at least 10 percent of the U.S. Recommend Daily allowance (RDA) of those nutrients in a selected serving size.

For example, the U.S. RDA for magnesium is 400 milligrams per day. A good food source would contain at least 400 milligrams – and for good weight control it should be relatively light in calories. The United States Department of Agriculture, Human Nutrition Information Service (HNIS) says most people can get all the nutrients they need from the food they eat – but it can take special attention to do so. The lists in this article contain some of the best source of nutrients according to HNIS.

Liver
Since liver has the reputation of being an inexpensive but “complete” food, dishes employing it are often recommended for dieters who wish to eat sparingly but well.

Regardless of one’s reason for eating a lot of liver, the danger is the same – it can provide too much vitamin A. Because liver is an animal’s storehouse for vitamin A, we can acquire much of it than we can handle if we eat a lot of liver nearly every day.

zinc content
Though zinc currently has great popularity as a dietary supplement, there is surprising about the strengths of the various types of zinc tablets now being sold. In an attempts to learn exactly how much zinc (as the element) there is in each type of tablet and capsule being marketed in health food stores and drug stores (where they can only repeat what is on the labels), the author called several manufacturers. Confusion was the only consistent finding. Most of them, who are merely re-packagers, stated that they had no exact knowledge of the nature of their zinc products since they buy the crystalline powder from a chemical manufacturer.

In my everyday breakfast egg is the my best food in the morning. Sometimes I question, is it healthy to eat egg everyday? Because I'll really love it! They also bind ingredients together, thicken custards, serve as garnish, emulsify and stabilize mixtures such as mayonnaise and salad dressing, and leaven cakes and pastries.

Durian Fruit
The word alone DURIAN evokes contrasting reactions from people who dislike the offensive smell, to people who found enlightenment after eating it.

Durian intense smell is the main reason why many people don't like to eat and it is also off limits to hotels and public transport especially in the airplane.
