Claimed by enthusiasts as an anti-aging vitamins and as a remedy for most skin disorders, vitamin E is not considered effective for these purpose by most doctors and dietitians. They agree, however, that it helps tissues defend themselves against harmful oxidant "free radicals" that may be one cause of cancer.

Durian known scientifically as Durio zibethinus, durian originated from the Malay archipelago. Durian intense smell is the main reason why many people don't like to eat and it is also off limits to hotels and public transport especially in the airplane. Smuggling it as a hand-carried item into an airplane can be as risky as the terrorist act of carrying a bomb. By some curious coincidence, durian belongs to the tree family known as Bombaceae.
