The latest research has found that tuna, which is naturally rich in Omega-3, has innumerable health benefits:
  • Tuna significantly reduces risk of  heart disease. A serving of tuna eaten two to four times weekly cuts risk of heart disease by 30 percent.
  • Tuna is good for your eyes.  Researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health have found a link between canned tuna consumption and reduced muscular degeneration.
