Sometimes people mistakenly assume that cloves cigarettes are healthier than regular cigarettes because cloves are more "natural," but those people must not have read the labels. Clove cigarettes are just tobacco with clove flavor. That may mean tobacco mixed with cloves, but often it means tobacco mixed with artificial clove flavoring and other fragrances.
