Money
There are many falsehood of money but i will just cover some of them.
- "Money is the root of all evil." This is misquote of 1Timothy 6:10 which says, "For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil." It is not the money, but the love of it. Those who love money are the ones who do evil things. They think of shady ways to get it. They neglect their families, relationships, and God so they can make more money. They compromise their character to misrepresent things for money. They gamble. They steal and even murder just to get more of it. They are hard pressed to give it away. They never have enough of it. They envy those who have more of it. Are you like that? You may love money too much. One of the world's wealthiest men once replied when asked what he wanted most in life; "Just a little money ." Those who primarily seek money will not be satisfied with what they get. It is those who seek God and put Him first who will find that they are satisfied regardless of circumstances, and may hardly even notice when finances start abounding.
